What is the Tempo Trainer?
It's a weighted swing-tempo trainer. As you swing it like a club, a weight inside snaps forward at the fastest point of your swing and makes an audible click — teaching you the feel of proper rhythm, lag and release.
How does the click work?
The click fires at your fastest swing speed. A click near the top of your downswing means you're casting and releasing too early; a click down at the bottom, at impact, means your timing and lag are correct.
Can I practise indoors?
Yes. No ball or net is needed — take smooth practice swings in a room, garage or hotel room. It's a swing trainer, not for hitting balls.
Will it add distance?
Most amateurs lose distance by releasing their lag too early. Training the click to land at impact helps you compress the ball better and hit it further — without swinging harder.
Who is it for?
All skill levels — from beginners building rhythm to low-handicappers fine-tuning their release. It suits both right- and left-handed golfers.
